There are few things I love more than literary events. To this end, I founded the Daunt Books Festival in 2014, which was a sell-out, and continues to be an annual delight.

I love interviewing writers and chairing events. Authors I’ve been lucky enough to share the stage with include: Tracy Chevalier, Philippa Perry, Tessa Hadley, Bart van Es, Olivia Laing, Susie Steiner, Samantha Ellis, Melissa Harrison and Sarah Perry. I regulary interview writers at The Owl Bookshop in Kentish Town, and at Daunt Books, Hampstead – hope to see you there!

I also talk about building communities around books, bookshops, and book clubs, and have hosted book clubs at venues such as the Southbank Centre and Asia House Literary Festival, as well as Emily’s Walking Book Club.

I am confident in broadcast journalism and have been interviewed on Radio 4’s The World Tonight, Ramblings, and The Radio 2 Arts Show.
